Recipe:
1 medium ripe Hass avacado
1/3 cup diced tomato
2 T minced onion
1 tsp finely minced garlic
1 T lime juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Mash together until smooth.
I could eat this with tortilla chips everyday.
